Ben Robin

Ben Robin launched his career as a solicitor in 2005 and has been working in litigation for Somerville Laundry Lomax since 2007.  Since 2012, Ben has been a partner/director and has been an accredited specialist in personal injury.

Ben practices in NSW and QLD in motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, negligence claims, workers compensation claims, superannuation claims, income protection claims and TPD claims.

Ben is highly experienced in complex claims involving catastrophic injuries.

In addition, he carries out a large amount of Supreme Court work concerning contested estates.

Ben maintains accredited specialist status with the Law Society of NSW in personal injury, a measure of expertise recognised in both the legal profession and broader community. Ben’s extensive knowledge, experience, and clear negotiation skills, enable consistently valuable client outcomes.
